Help problems

my x10i is giving me problems. it wont charge nor will it switch on. i took it vodacare and still it make no difference. could it be that they sold me a used phone? i have only had it for 5 months. confused............... please help.

First try using a different USB cable.

Second, try using a different battery (go to a store that sells x10s and try using a working battery in your phone and see if it works)

If it won't charge, then it is either the USB cable or the connector.

If even with a working battery it doesn't work....then you might have another problem.

as above, try another battery if you can.
my first x10 had problems with connecting the charger and turned out to be a faulty usb port, its a common problem.
take it back to your carrier and get them to fix or replace it. i think they will just replace it or at least thats what happened with mine.
