process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher HELP

Hey guy's, so i bought a new sd card for my samsung mini the other day and it worked fine for about 3 days, but now whenever i put it in, the above error keeps coming up, just hoping i can get some information on how to stop this from happening. thanks in advance.

NVM should of read other threads before posting this, just done a format, works now.

Looks like it's fixed but sounds like there was some error with TWlauncher. You may have been fine with wiping data/cache on that app and returning to the default launcher.
