does anyone know an app that can create profiles with mp3 files as ringtones and not only the default ringtones? i tried a couple of apps but the ringtone can be chosen only from the default ringtones.

It is not about the app but about where you put your mp3 files. Put them onto the SD card into a folder called Media\Audio and then create folders for alarms, notifications and ringtones. Put your files where you need them and they will be accessible from every single app.

You can choose any mp3 file you have on your device as a ringtone, it does not have to be in a specific location.

All of my music is in "my music", under that they are organized by the name of the artist.

If I want to assign a song as a ring tone, I choose music instead of system, and it finds every single mp3 I have.
