Proof that Android tablets have an uphill struggle..

    Far away from the Hi-Tech laptop and iPad section in the UK retailer Comet, I found this ..

    An Asus Transformer Honeycomb tablet.

    It was hidden away in amongst the dictaphones and car-chargers

    I guess Comet are iPad fans. :rolleyes::eek:

    Either that or Comet hired an 18 year old kid to stock their shelves who wanted to keep the competition as far away as possible from the iPads...

    It also could be part of financial politics. Some companies (Apple likely included) pay extra for better shelf "real estate," and it's unlikely but not unbelievable that Apple set up a contract that theirs would be the only prominently displayed tablet.



    ...but PROBABLY Comet just didn't know what the damn thing was.
