PSX Emulator Problems

I really want to play Mega Man X5 on my phone, so I downloaded a PSX emulator, FPSe. I downloaded a Bios file and the ISO ROM of Mega man X5. However, when I try to play it, I click the .bin file, and nothing happens, the emulator just crashes. Any fixes? Please help!
