Public Moblie ZTE Is Not Loading Past Android Start Up Screen HELP!!

i need help i cant get my phone working public moblie zte. i have taken out batery an have pressed both volumen button and pressed the on button and it says ftm and frezzes. nothing working ?

I just read about this phone. If you just got the phone, I recommend you take it back for exchange, and make sure the new one works before you leave the store.
