Purchase App as a Gift

I wish to set up an Android tablet and supply an app as a gift
It would go through Google Play or whatever they call it now - Google Market
I don't want to leave my payment information nor ability for charges on gmail account Google wallet
How can i purchase and install the app without leaving later purchase privileges from my main Google account
