Updated to Android 2.1 today and none of my apps are listed in the market that I purchased. Yes I used the same email address. Frustrating part is MyBackup Pro was one of them! So I can't restore all my data either. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't think you understand. NONE of the apps I paid for are listed!! I'd bought around 10 programs. I'd like them to be in the store so I can download them and their updates.

I figured it out. Prior to 2.1 I had GMail up with my Google Apps account. When I went to use the market it forced me to use a GMail account so I signed in with one. After updating to 2.1 I went straight to the Market to restore my apps and used the GMail account since that's what I bought the apps with (receipts are in this email account). Well that didn't work. Reinstalled 2.1 and connected my Apps account first then went into Google Apps and there were all my apps. Seems that the Google account was only used for payment. My Apps account was used to link the apps. Very strange, but an answer at least.
