i have a couple mp3 iwould like to use as notification sounds but as you may know they have to be in the correct folder to show up. my problem is my usb cable for the phone is broken and can only be used to charge the phone and not a usb data connection. so i need to somehow move the mp3 to the folder using only the phone. is this possible

Pardon my ignorance...where is the notification folder? I don't see it in the files on either of my cards.

If it doesnt exist you need to create it. Should be a folder for ringtones, alarms and notifications.

    sdcard/media/audio/notifications

    sdcard/media/audio/ringtones

    sdcard/media/audio/alarms

I just moved a 4.4mb song from iMusic into the ringtones folder, worked fine for me....
