I've got the 'lite' version installed and am wondering if it's worth purchasing Pro.

I bought a ROM Manager license for ease of flashing but later read multiple places that its not always the best way to flash a ROM. I believe I've come across more threads saying to flash manually than to let ROM Manager do it for you.

    Thoughts?

i personally avoid rom manager and kenrel manager like the plauge.IMO,they are not reliable. remember, they are apps that are in rom,so if youre trapped in a bootloop or a broken rom, they will not be available to you to use,and you will need to know how to do things manually in clockwork recovery.

my advice to anyone that wants to use rom or kernel manager is to become comfortable manually doing things and navigating the menus in recovery so youre prepaired when something goes wrong.

edit: just noticed that your question was pro vs lite, not an in general "should i use". it doesnt change my thots on the useage of either, but i didnt mean to jump in and lecture when thats not really what you asked ;)

sorry,i have no idea what the paid version will get you.

in general,if i like a developer,or his app,i will often get the pro or paid version even if it doesnt offer anyhing extra- its a nice way to support your favorite developers.

I don't like kernel manager at all. I like scotty only use cwm.
Also most of the newer kernels are not listed.
