Question about bluetooth

is it possible to connect one android phone with internet to another phone without android and without internet and then beable to use internet on the non android phone?

Going through your Android device for internet service is called tethering and it's quite possible. It is an added expense through Verizon however. I hope you enjoy your time here at Android Forums.
