I started using Apex launcher and I love it. Today I just started using Go Launcher and really like it as well. Is there any harm in Leaving both launchers on my phone and just swap between them with Home Switcher? I don't want to keep both if it will affect my phone's performance.

it shouldn't cause much of a problem...but its possible any widgets installed could in theory use resources....

You can leave both on but if you switch between them you may want to do a quick reboot as well, just to make sure that the widgets running on the previous launcher don't take up resources.

If you like the look of stock ICS, you should give NovaLauncher a shot while you're at it. I have it on mine and am loving it.
