Question about notes taken during call to Verizon

    I recently called Verizon and ended up having my upgrade date changed to the earliest they could manage (compensation for a bad experience with a Verizon rep). My account now shows the new upgrade date which is in two weeks. Would the details of my customer service call will be visible to the Verizon reps at my local store if i were to ask a question about upgrading? Would the reason for the date change be visible to them?

    They are visible, however unless the previous customer service rep actually CHANGED your upgrade dates, the store sales rep will most likely not help you and direct you back to customer service. Any and all notes or remarks left by any employee of VZW are able to be viewed by anyone accessing the account.
