At work I have very spotty coverage, I drop calls in certain spots in my shop. So my question is if I install Wifi in my shop will that give me better coverage in making phone calls? or is wifi just for data? I have been looking at the Verizon extender but at 275.00 verse 50.00 to 60.00 for a wifi router I would think that the wifi router is a better route to go if it will fix my phone calling problem.

WiFi is just for data ... will not effect your call reception at all
