Support question about returning phone to best buy due to battery issue

    Determined I have a weak battery and will be returning g to phone today. Wondering if they replace the whole phone or just the battery. If they give me a new phone what do I need to do to make sure no personal info is left on the phone and in apps. Also, what happens to apps that I have paid for and installed. Do I need to pay again to dl them if I get a new phone?

    To clear all your personal data, fromthe home screen click the menu, Privacy, then Factory data reset.

    if you've paid for apps in the market they are automatically once you get a new phone....just go into market-menu-my downloads....you never have to pay again :D just redownload them and you are good to go.

    So they'll replace the phone and not just the battery?
