Can I use the don card in other devices without getting charged extra for using it? I just got a new laptop with a broadband card built into it. If I put my SIM card into it, will I get charged extra?

Does your laptop have an LTE radio built into it? I would be hesitant to put the SIM into any non-verizon device as it may just burn up the SIM and you will need to get a new one from VZW. If there is no LTE radio in the laptop then it wouldn't work regardless.

I just checked and the product website only talks about 3G. Luckily i didn't try putting my card in; I wouldn't want to have to buy a new one!

They would have given it to you. The SIM cards in our phones are for 4G LTE only, I would guess your laptop has a GSM radio as CDMA doesn't require SIM cards.
