I am a noob when it comes to anything Android. I am coming from having a Blackberry for over 6 years and have just switched to the Razr. I have about 400 contacts that I am syncing with Exchange 2010. when I was on BB, the contact picutres synced automatically. I'm noticing that it's not the case with Droid and Activesync. Is there a way to get this to work wirelessly? If not, how can I do it with a cable? It's driving me crazy considering that over the years I have updated about 200 or more of my contacts to have pictures for ringer IDs and photo IDs in email. I would hate to have to download each picture and manually put them in each contact.

Yes you could sync your contacts but the razor native client will not sync pics. I've tried it with exchange 2003 in house as well as exchange 2007 via exchange online. Haven't tried the cable method yet.
