I am having a weird issues with the camera on two samsung s6 phones on one when a video starts recording it says 00:00 and the other will say 00:00/30:00 depending on the video format. I have checked the settings on both phones and they are both the same. Anyone know what could be causing the difference in the video display.

Well what are the 2 formats? The second one means that 30:00 is the most it can save. Probably due to file size.

they are both using the same video format i only used 00:00/30:00 as an example and the 30:00 means i can take a 30 min video

Your first post says that the display changed depending on the video format so I assumed there was a format difference. How about storage? Does one have low storage left?

i have not checked the storage on the m sorry i was not clear on the first post the phones are different color the black one is the one that shows 00:00 when i start to record a video and the white one will say 00:00/30:00 the number after the slash changes depending on the format it is set to

Yes. You said 'depending on the format'. So I assumed that you were saving videos in different formats. On both devices.

Have you checked firmware versions if they are different? What other differences between two phones? Different carriers?

nope firmware is the same and they are both on the same carrier the only difference i can see with the phones is one is white and the other black other wise everything is the same, same version, settings etc.
