question about the s3 mini..

since the s3 mini is an unlock and LTE capatible. and I have T-mobile plans and where I'm from I have LTE here. does the s4 mini still shows LTE sign next to the 4g sign?

I'm planning to get one

EDIT: nvm I thought it was LTE capatible...
