Support question on GT-S7580 emails

    I am trying to set up a samsung account but as soon as it comes to recovery information it does give me the option to continue or go to next. I have tried to set an account email. It says the verification email has been send. I should check and enter the verification email. The new samsung account that I am trying to set up cannot receive emails so how am I going to get the verification email. I have set up another email for me to send and receive emails and that also is not sending or receiving. What could be the problem. Please help

    If you're referring to a factory reset and setting the phone up again from scratch, the account email it's looking for is the Google (or Gmail) account associated with the device. Once you enter that, you can continue setting up with phone. You can later go to Settings --> Accounts and add the Samsung account.
