Can I add a music widget on the lock screen with widget locker? Also is there any way to change the way the time appears on the lock screen without an app that does as widget locker does?

With WidgetLocker you can add any widget you want to the lockscreen.
On the stock lockscreen I don't think there is a way to change the clock appearance, unless you are using a custom ROM that has added that feature.
