Okay so I was running the brokenout 1.1 rom, and when I flashed over ick t10 over it, now it says only on the lockscreen, please insert sim card. Emergency calls only. Now the catch is, everything works perfect still as if that was never there so its not really effecting me, but I'm jw, why is it there though?
