Some of the reviews mention the out dated music player on the droid, you could just replace that right? Has anyone seen it, how bad is it?

Also, there is not tethering app for it? I know for most verizon phones you need to download their app and pay for tethering.

tethering your droid is easy, but is considered a no no by Verizon. Verizon has a "data alarm" that goes off when you go over 2gig per billing cycle on the unlimited plan, then they look at the data you have been downloading to see if you have been tethering, the bill can be steep. hope this helps :)

not saying it doesnt happen but i know alot of people on this forum use pda net and i have never heard of this hppening.

and about the music player, there are a lot of very good music player replacements that are found on the android market for free.

this is double twist, it is what i use.
