I just solved my Droid Eris problem with a Droid 2. :D But I have a couple questions, if anyone can help out.

I noticed in a couple of Moto's videos, they had the messaging app displaying a conversation as a list style instead of bubbles style--is it possible to do this in the stock app, or did they seriously record the phone using Handcent? o_O

I tried the calendar widget, but I don't like that it displays only the current day--is there any way to set the widget to display the whole month without having to go into the app to see it at that level? If not, does anyone know of a good alternative on the market? I checked out a few, but most don't take up the whole home screen.

    Thanks. :)

    Try pure calendar.

Launcher Pro Plus comes with a full-screen calendar widget that can switch between month and agenda view...pretty nice.

Launcher Pro is a must IMHO in general - free version is the best home screen replacement out there, and w/the paid plus version you get the contacts, messaging, calendar, bookmark, and twitter widgets (and more coming).

Thanks, I'll check it out. Browsed their website a bit and it does sound quite interesting.

    You won't regret it...LP is free (w/out custom widgets) - a must-try.
