None of the reboot programs are working for me. Flashify, Quick Boot.
    I must do it manually.
    Anyone else have this issue?

Quick Boot hasn't been updated to 5.0 quite yet and I also had issues with it.
I've been using Reboot Manager since installing 5.0 and have had no problems with it at all and all reboot functions are working correctly on Reboot Manager, reboot device, reboot bootloader, reboot recovery, hot reboot and etc... I would suggest trying it out as it's been working very well for me on 5.0 - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jc.rebootmanager

    Hope this helps!!

Interestingly, WUGs adds this app when it roots. In fact, because I didn't check the app drawer before rooting, I mistakenly thought it was part of Lollipop. Should have known stock wouldn't come with a root app... ;) Works very well. Simple, clean, does the job.

Could always do it the old fashioned way.

Pop open Terminal Emulator > su > reboot (for regular reboot - reboot recovery for recovery, etc etc..)
