Is this the same question you had in your other thread? Which icons?

Long-press any icon to move it and if if you don't want it drag it to the trash icon that appears on the bottom. To add new icons, either long-press and move them from the application screen or long-press a blank spot and add a shortcut to an application.

sorry maybe my question wasnt clear enough. Can you actually replace what the icon is without using a home replacement app such as ADW.Launcher which includes new icons.

    thanks
