Under Settings > Applications > Quick launch, you can setup hot keys to launch apps. I've tried it a few times, and it sure doesn't seem too efficient to me. And I'm a keyboard shortcut kinda guy. Just wondering if any of y'all found a use for this "feature".

Didn't even know that was possible. I assume you set up the shortcuts to be on the hard keyboard? That doesn't seem all that convenient since I don't really have it slid out unless I'm typing something long.

Whoa! You're right! I was trying to use the soft keybd. Holding the Search key + T now brings up my Terminal Emulator. ;) This actually does save me a couple of steps ... COOL! Other apps that I use the hardware keyboard on can now be activated via "Quick launch" shortcuts. Sweet!

I'm glad I brought the topic up. :D
