So when I type something in the stock messaging app with predictive text and in the midst of typing I lock my phone (by pressing power button) and then unlock it and resume typing, it will not trigger the predictive text. I will have to click 'back' to deactivate the keyboard and type something to activate the keyboard again to get the predictive text back. It just won't trigger it right after I unlock my screen. It seems that the keyboard has to be 're-activated' to trigger the predictive text function.

It's a small matter but i'm just curious if its something the phone does? Could any S2 owners tell me if its the same with theirs? I'm on ICS 4.03 btw. :)
