    Is there a quick search function for the edge where you can search for apps files etc quickly?
    Also I'm terms of bacling up I'm an iclous disciple sof this is all new, do I use one drive or Google to back up the phonew messages photos etc,

    Yes. It's called S Search. It's one of the things you can put on the toggles on the notification shade. Just pull it down then press the downward arrow button beside the gear icon. It should be there. You can rearrange the toggles so it can be shown immediately when you pull down the notification shade.

    Any good file manager (ES file Explorer Pro) will allow you to do this fairly easily and comprehensively.

    I usually back up to Google services, just because it is easier. I do make a backup elsewhere too (once a month) - just in case :)
