so i don't have my eris for much longer, so i decided i was going to root it today. i went the theunlockr.com and did the simple steps and loaded it onto my sdcard and turned it off...so it loaded onto my phone now problem but after it loaded it said hboot and was highlighted....then at the bottom is said <action> reboot phone...i pressed the trackball in and it just reloaded everything so i took the battery out the second time (i figured this would be bad) well at first it was i could hardly turn the phone on...now it works fine (thank goodness!)
