Root Quuetion??!!

    I had a question i had a back up for my stock esteem but when i try restoring it says un matched md5sum

    Have you changed the file name or anything?


    Do you know anything about ADB?

    i found this code that you run in adb shell that may fix it


    Substitute the final folder name for the backup you need to fix.
    Code (Text):
    1.  
    2. adb shell
    3. # cd /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/2010-06-29.20.22.53
    4. # rm nandroid.md5
    5. # md5sum *img > nandroid.md5
    6.  
    And this *should* fix it.

    I did this with my ascend, renamed it so I'd know which it was. I put spaces in the name and that caused the mismatch.
