I don't have the newest radio installed, and although Sprint says I should have 4G coverage, I don't, and even when I am close to Downtown Denver, it is very weak, so I haven't messed with it. I was going to flash this new radio, but saw something about it hosing your kernel if you're using Anthrax? anybody had any issues? and will the radio upgrade improve my 4G signal? If not, I can live with 3G or 1G whatever! :D:thinking:

I've never heard anything about updating radios messing up your kernel, but honestly if it did you could just re-flash your kernel afterwards.

Think it will improve my 4G signal?

I've never been in a 4G area, so I can't speak from experience on that. Some people have noticed increases in signal strength though, which should help 4g.
