SO yesterday March 24, 2017 my radio locked itself to "Off" and just before posting this is flashed a Stock img file. I booted up and nothing still locked to "off". Weird part is and this might be unrelated but i passed a Police Officer on the highway and 100 feet in front of him my phone radio just stopped working.
So i come to this community for a quick and hopefully helpful response on how to fix this besides sending it to google as its as old as the release date.

sept 6 2016 security patch
Build MTC20L
Maybe auto updating it to 7.1.1 will fix it? But id like to use sytemless root and xposed so i kind of dont want to.
