Rainmeter type app

Just wondering if anyone knows of a Rainmeter type android app?

Just want something that looks pretty cool and can display the phone specs etc.

I'm looking for the same. I found an app that displays the time like this: elevenTWENTYeight in different colors if you like, it's pretty sweet but I want some graphs and readouts too!!
