    Hi All,

Just installed System monitor from the market to have a look at the levels of ram and rom... this may not be the best program for it, so redirect me if there is a better one.

However, The memory is stated at 398MB and storage at 644MB??

these arent the 512 and 576 stated in the specifications. infact as a combined total in 46MB worse off?

is there another program that displays this differently?

What figures is everyone else getting?

    Alex

I believe those figures are what is available to the user. The system keeps the rest for its systemy things.

Well, the less RAM makes sense as the systemy thing takes up some, but why would storage be larger than 512?

Unless it also counts space on SD card?

Space on the SD card is stated differently...

No-one else tried installing it and seeing if they get the same?

I get the same, email the dev and ask him to explain what they mean.
