random files on my sd card

So I tried to root my phone about a week ago and it didn't work but now I have these files on my phone:

Paste didn't work rightloll but yeah those are on my sd card. Should I delete these?

Delete that sholes crap and root like a man like I did*.

Step 4) get SetCPU from the market $0.99. SetCPU has nice profiles that some people claim they have had as good or better battery life with by managing their CPU profiles smartly.
