Root Random reboot

I've been getting reboots for no apparent reason. Maybe once a day. I'm not sure when it reboots because it's in my pocket. Only time I notice it is when I'm checking it for time or whatever. It stays on boot loop also, I have to pull the battery to reboot. One thing I have noticed is that when I reboot it it starts updating apps? Not sure if that's just a coincidence. I'm on Collab 3.0.1. Any ideas?

Something is either getting "hung up" (data, gps, etc) or you could have permissions outta wack. Try booting into recovery and fix permissions and wipe cache and dalvik. Or if you have an app like root cleaner that does this, do it through that.

What other things have you flashed onto that ROM?

I've been on PG's build before, but I don't think I had that problem then.

I'll try the recovery thing. By "hung up", what exactly do you mean? My data does get "stale" every once in a while and end up toggling airplane mode. Even though it doesn't really help, I still do it.

...Searching for connection too long, gps gets stuck trying to aquire location, and sometimes when you go into app settings it can sometimes get stuck trying to calculate and cause reboots. I used to have these problems but I was also on stock then so just an idea.

Ok. Well I just finished fixing permissions so I guess I'll wait and see if I get any more reboots. Thanks for your help guys.:D

Did you flash from stock version F? I had reboot issues too, used unbrick to get to C, with a full hard reset/format, and started over, that fixed the reboots, although I have no idea what caused them to begin with.

I flashed back and forth so often I can't remember. :D

That's just weird then, make a backup, factory reset, go into recovery and hit advanced restore and just restore data.
