    hi i have a question , i have a lg optimus m and for some reason it turns off by it selft it goest to were it sais android , what could be causing this problem

    sorry to tell you man but you just bought yourself a headache. Its the 2.2.1 version right? If so, you arent the only person it is mostly everyone and the problem is MetroPCS will jerk your balls when trying to take it back. They know the product is defective but isnt doing anything to solve it. Tough luck bro.

    There's a known issue with the Optimus M that appears here and there. LG is aware of it as well as some Metro employees. If you just bought the phone, take it back and get a new one. If your local authorized dealer gives you a headache about it, go to corporate. Most have been lucky to get a functional replacement in one swap.
