Sorry if this has been repeated.....but I noticed on the VZwireless site last night that the Razr is now listed for $199 16 GB model and $299 for the 32GB model. Is the 32gb model the Razr Maxx?...It seems as though they have taken the 16gb SD card out of the original Razr phone and reduced the price? I am due to upgrade and have been waiting...seems like a new phone gets introduced every week or 2 now...Am stuck between the Razr,Nexus and now the LG Spectrum
Nope. Razr Maxx is simply the Razr with a much larger battery, that effectively makes the phone thicker. Yep!
Thx...so why would anyone pay an extra $100 just to have the SD card included when you can buy one for $15? I didnt see the Maxx on the VZ website thats why I thought it was the 32GB model now.
I have a nexus and it is nice but has a ton of bugs and radios are pretty weak causing a lot of signal issues with some not being able to get/keep a connection. I am getting a razr because moto always has great radios in their phones and what good is a phone if you can never use it because you can't get a signal. Plus razr will most likely be more supported by the manufacturer than the spectrum will be by lg. lg doesn't have the best history
I guess my question now kinda is...is there a price out on the Maxx yet?...just wondering if the Maxx is gonna be $299 like the 32GB Razr that is currently listed on VZ website. I would guess its not right?...because what would be the reason for the price adjustments in spliting up the Razr into 2 price options now.
should enter at $299, hence the adjustment to $199 for the 16gb Razr. Most of the newer phones have a $299 starting price point. I would guess that bothj the 16 and the 32 will be price dropped as would not make sense to have the razr at $299 as well as the Maxx.
