Help Razr does not recognize charger

My husband is on his second Razr in 2 weeks. It seems to work fine when we bring it home but then suddenly won't recognize the charger and eventually dies. We just picked up this phone yesterday and it does the same thing. We have tried all the suggestions for powering it up, but now the battery is so dead it won't come on at all. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

Are you using a generic charger/cable or the one that came with the phone?

Try removing the SIM card leave it out for about 10 seconds then replace it. Then plug the phone into the charger and see it this helps. Good Luck

+1 in the past bad cable has been my prob, even a worn out wall plug
