Help RCA Charger

My RCA charger won't fit. It was charging for a while but I tried using the charger once more and it just didn't fit? I don't get how it fit perfectly a minute ago and the next minute is doesn't fit at all?

Check the connector is not obstructed with something, also try another USB cable and charger.
