Re-occuring downloaded email attachment notification

[Android Question]

I updated my Galaxy S3 to 4.3 and ever since then I keep getting a notification that an email attachment has been downloaded. I clear the notification and it shows up again within minutes.

I have tried deleting the attachment from my download folder. I have also forced a stop of the email client app and cleared the data. Neither worked.

Any other suggestions?
