My mom took my optimus M to try and reactivate it after not paying the bill for a while. It was rooted, they tried to reactivate but couldn't and now it bootloops. Is it salvageable?

I believe it was on joneidy's sense rom 2.2.1

I've somehow managed to get joneidy's custom recovery. I deleted all rom off my sd card. I have one called optimus stock rom on my computer but it's only a bin file. will that work?

You cant flash that. Its a bin. Not a zip
