Ready to wipe and reinstall ICS

Hello all,

Tomorrow night i will be reloading my phone as i would do every 6-8 months to mainly clear all the crud i accumulate! I am not rooted but would like to backup save games for my games (angry birds for example) how would i go about doing this?

download the titanium backup, do the app batch backup if you want to change your firmware.
