Support Received error message on my phone

    To all, I have been getting an error message that pops up that says an application attempted to access system on your device without authorization. This attem6has been blocked

    Then it has buttons one that says view apps

    That button displays all apps and nothing else

    I do have lookout on my phone and they told me this is a Samsung problem.
    I have a galaxy s3.

    Has anyone rece6this error and if so how did you fixit

    Hi,
    Remove sim card and insert sim card.
    Remove memory/ sd card temporarily.
    Run the device in safe mode temporarily.
    If the problem is solved.
    Check your installed apps( other than default apps).
    Uninstall the problematic app.
    Check your memory card.

    To activate safe mode,
    When the device is on,

    Press & hold the Power button.
    In the box that opens, touch & hold Power off.
    See the robot> safe mode> Ok.
    Your device will start in safe mode. You'll see the words "Safe mode" in a box at the bottom.
    When the device is off.

    Press the Power button.
    After the Google logo has shown on your screen, when the animation starts, press & hold the Volume down button. Keep holding it until the animation ends and your device starts in safe mode.
    In a box at the bottom of your screen, you'll see the words "Safe mode."
    To cancel safe mode.
    Restart the device.
