About a week ago I dl'd the latest OTA update. Since then, every day or so, the phone will freeze, requiring a battery pull. Ill try to turn the phone on with the home button, as I have done since I had the phone, and the capacitive buttons will light up on the first try, but no screen. a few seconds later, the cap buttons turn off and I get nothing.
I dont have any new apps that I didnt have before the update, and it was never a problem before it, so I think its safe to assume its the update that was a problem.
I went to a ATT store today and was told to back up the phone to kies, but im not really sure how that would fix anything?
Anyone seeing similar problems or have an idea for a fix?
