Recent programs used

I am running MikG 2.61 and every once in a while I push some odd combination of keys and I see the list of "Recent Programs". I usually just hit the ESC key and go on.

But after thinking about it, it seems it would be handy to pull one of the most recent apps that I was running earlier, but for the life of me I can't remember the key combo to push to get that "Recent Progrms" Display to come up.

Does anyone know the right keys to push?

LONG PRESS the home key, and you will see the most recent apps opened.

old post but thought I would ask - I have been activating this randomly by accident and it is extremely annoying... how can I disable this so it never pops?
