I am looking to get a budget tablet around 10"

It does not need to be to fancy just something I can connect to the internet with through wifi and also using a dongle so it needs a usb port.

I intend getting a pre loaded dongle from three network in the UK.

Any advice on which I should buy would be welcome.

    Thank you.

Pre-loaded dongle? I have no knowledge of Android apps supporting internet via USB dongles. ALthough I guess you can take the SIM out of the dongle and insert it in the tablet's SIM slot.

That wouldn't work, as the USB has other things in it that need to work to get the service.

My point exactly. The OP was stating he needed USB support because he uses a dongle. Only Windows 7 running tablets can support internet via USB dongles.
