Recording with 3 Microphones on the Nexus 5?

I have a Nexus 5 and heard that in addition to its stereo microphone it has a noise reduction microphone.

I would like to write an app that uses all three microphones to create a three-channel recording.

The Android SDK API has a MediaRecorder for stereo recording, but how do I access the noise-reduction microphone IN ADDITION? Or even AT ALL?

Are Nexus5-specific APIs that I can use?

Hi, have you solved your problem since then. I seem to have a similar one. Does android enable recording with 3 mics at once?
I know that newest iPhones have even 4 microphones, that can be used by app developers...
