Recovering Non-Booting R-Box?

After installing an app from the Play store called "Notification Toggle" on my UG802-II Android 4 Mini PC it won't boot again! Now it's stuck at the screen saying R-Box. It seemed to work at first when it was running after I installed the app but later when I tried to restart it the device is stuck at the loading screen! Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? The device is a UG802-II Dual-Core RockChip RK3066 Dual Core Cortex A9 1.6GHz running Android 4.1.1 w/ Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / 1GB RAM / 8GB ROM. The problem with trying to recover it is that it doesn't have a reset button or OTG port like the old MK802 did and I don't see anyway to reset it or even get into it.

RESET Procedure:
There is a reset button, you will need a tiny safety pin or something of the like. Holding the stick in your hand with the android logo at the top and facing up on the left side where the SD card slot is look above the SD slot and you will see a tiny hole 1/4 of the way CAREFULLY insert safety pin or paper clip and feel around until you feel it push in and hold and the device will reset. you may have to do the rest procedure two times, so do not get discouraged if the first attempt fails. In my humble opinion I believe it to be a fail safe to accidental reset.

Alternate: *****DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK*********
MAKE SURE DEVICE IS DISCONNECTED
and you have grounded yourself and have no electrostatic charge. Using a SPLUGGER or small screwdriver carefully pry around the seam of the case to pop it apart.. AGAIN on the left side above the sd slot you will now be able to see the reset button if you can not find something to fit in the hole.
connect device and then press in and hold the reset until device reboots you may have to do the rest procedure two times, so do not get discouraged if the first attempt fails. In my humble opinion I believe it to be a fail safe to accidental reset.

IN A FEW OF THESE DEVICES I have found that the reset button and hole do not line up with one another and some GENTLE finessing is in order and BE SLOW AND CAREFUL and you will get it.

Hope this helps!
